Menston Court

A human-centred mini campus.
A considered alternative to the conventional office park.

  • Menston Court delivers 910m² of flexible workspace across 3 independent buildings, arranged around a shared courtyard. The project combines adaptive reuse with new-build construction to unlock additional yield from an underutilised building on the property.

Organised around a café-activated courtyard, the development rejects the conventional office park model in favour of a walkable, human-centred environment. Vehicles are kept to the perimeter, ensuring a safe and pedestrianised commercial offering.

Independent buildings allow flexible tenancy configurations, mitigating vacancy risk and strengthening long-term leasing resilience.

Subtropical planting, terraces and breakaway spaces connect each office to landscape, improving tenant experience.

A commercially efficient asset with a distinct spatial identity.

  • Location : Westville, Durban

Stage : Local Authority Approved and on site.
